We invite you to periodically review the agreement with the Users of the site, as the rules may undergo changes over time. To always stay informed about the terms and conditions of service, regularly check that no content has been modified or replaced in the meantime.

After you report the problem, we will act accordingly and take the necessary measures so that all appropriate security measures are adopted. The measure may concern limiting access or even suspending the account. Legal action against those who do not correctly observe our rules is not excluded. 1.4 We guarantee a site available 24 hours a day. Although rare, the loss, theft and damage of goods cannot in any way be attributed to the owners of the site. 3.3 Although we do our best to ensure everything works as well as possible, verifying the absolute accuracy, correctness and truthfulness of the offers is quite impossible. We nevertheless undertake to promptly detect any anomalous or fraudulent behaviour. 3.4 The Company expressly reserves the right to alter, modify or delete parts of the site or the entire offer, or to cease publication, without notice. 3.5 Trasportami.com has nothing to do with the correctness and accuracy of linked sites and offers. It is not responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, nor for any damages arising from the use or non-use of transport services. Therefore, the Company is not required to guarantee any kind of compensation for damages. 3.6 The User assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this website and the Internet in general. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Trasportami.com and/or any other site linked to it.
  4. External Links to This Site 4.1 The site contains external links and hyperlinks that lead to web pages and content located on other websites. This means that Users can access external sites owned by third parties. Access to such sites occurs at the User’s own risk and peril; Trasportami.com has no control over these sites and therefore assumes no responsibility in relation to any consequences arising from their use. 4.2 We encourage hyperlinking between two web pages, to and from the Trasportami.com site, unless false or misleading information is provided.
  5. Other Terms of Use

5.1 Registration and Management of Requests Registration on Trasportami.com is completely free for all Users. To guarantee an efficient service, the staff requires the user to provide complete and correct contact details (email address and telephone number). In case of incomplete or incorrect data, the staff will not be able to process the request. The complete completion of all mandatory fields in the registration form is necessary to allow the processing of the request. Transport requests must concern services to be carried out within 30 days from the date of the request, a deadline necessary to allow carriers to issue accurate quotes and properly schedule the service.

 

5.2 Acceptance of Conditions By accepting the quote, the user also accepts the general conditions indicated in this paragraph.

 

5.3 Commissions and Awarding In the event of the work being awarded, the user will pay a commission calculated on the basis of the price established by the Carrier. The work is considered awarded when the User formally accepts the quote proposed by the Carrier through the platform.

5.4 Changes to Commissions The amount of commissions may be modified with at least 10 days’ notice communicated by email to the address provided by the user and by publication in the dedicated section of the site. During any promotional periods, the commission may be reduced or suspended, with communication of the relevant conditions.

 

5.5 Post-Award Changes The commission paid will not be refunded if the user, after accepting the quote, requests substantial changes such as: variation of the agreed date, modification of the route, change in the type of goods to be transported, or if for other facts attributable to the user’s behaviour the carrier is unable to carry out the transport within the agreed terms. This provision is justified by the need to protect the carrier’s operational organisation and the commitments already undertaken. Quotes are valid for 15 days.

 

5.6 Payment Terms The commission must be paid within 24 hours of accepting the quote, i.e. by the following day, a deadline necessary to allow the definitive confirmation of the service and the logistical organisation of the transport.

5.7 Consequences of Late Payment Payment of the commission beyond the deadline referred to in point 5.5 will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking. In this case, any commission paid late will not be refunded, without prejudice to the user’s possibility to request a new booking according to the availability at the time.

5.8 For New Users Advance payment of the amount due is required. In the event of cancellation of the service, the following conditions will apply, proportional to the costs actually incurred and the services already provided:

  • Cancellation during the transport organisation phase: 5% of the amount paid will be withheld as reimbursement for administrative costs already incurred;
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of pickup: 15% of the amount paid will be withheld to cover organisation costs and any penalties towards carriers already contacted;
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of the amount paid will be withheld, considering the advanced state of service organisation;
  • Cancellation on the day of pickup: 60% of the amount paid will be withheld, without prejudice to the possibility of rescheduling the service without further charges.

5.9 In Case of Partial Payment If a partial payment is required as a deposit, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation during organisation: 30% of the amount paid will be withheld

Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the amount paid will be withheld

Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the amount paid will be withheld

Cancellation on the day of pickup: 100% of the amount paid will be withheld

Final Confirmation and Documentation The final confirmation of the booking will only be valid after sending the accounting documentation of the commission payment and completing the required tax forms. IMPORTANT: Any delays, errors or incompleteness in sending the tax data may cause delays in service confirmation. The company undertakes to promptly communicate any problems and to provide assistance for the correct completion of the documentation.

 

5.10 In Case of Loading and Unloading at Partner Depots If the transport of the vehicle starts and ends at a partner depot, the deposit paid in case of cancellation will not be refunded and will possibly be used as compensation for booking the space at the same depots and for payment of organisation costs.

 

5.11 Operational Methods of the Service Pickup and delivery points are located near motorway exits to optimise transport routes. The carrier will communicate the expected pickup time to the user with 2-3 hours’ notice. Road transport is extremely susceptible to delays due to third-party causes (traffic, queues, bad weather, etc.). In the event of delays in the loading (departure) and delivery (arrival) phases by the carrier and/or in the event of additional costs (vehicle in a paid depot or other factors), SpediamoAuto and the carrier cannot be held responsible. If all carriers are busy, the request will be automatically rescheduled according to new availability and the user will be promptly informed of the new execution times. Carriers do not carry out transports during national holidays; therefore, requests received during these periods will be scheduled based on the first subsequent availability. Transport days are considered working days.

5.12 Limitations of Liability and Protections for the User Trasportami.com operates as a digital intermediary platform between users and carriers. Liability for any damage to the transported vehicles is governed by transport regulations and the insurance conditions of the appointed carrier. The user is required to promptly report any damage found, following the procedures indicated by the carrier and the relevant insurance company. Trasportami.com does not assume direct liability for damages, but guarantees maximum cooperation to facilitate the resolution of disputes between the user and the carrier.

Further Details on Cancellations

6.1 In the event that the awarded Carrier, for one reason or another, is forced to modify a booking after acceptance of the quote but before the service has been provided, Trasportami.com allows the two parties to communicate with each other, attempting to find a courteous agreement and therefore an amicable solution. In this case the commission will not be refunded to the user. In the event of non-loading, the conditions relating to cancellation of the transport apply (points 5.8 and 5.9).

6.2 In the event that the user cancels the transport request on the same day of loading, the carrier reserves the right to apply a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the transport plus VAT and the commission will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs the day before, the applied penalty may be 20% of the total cost of the transport plus VAT to cover the organisational and operational costs already incurred by the carrier. Trasportami.com will allow the two parties to communicate with each other, attempting to find a courteous agreement and therefore an amicable solution.

It is hereby informed that, in accordance with the agreements with the users of the site, the company Sanobusiness is currently the manager of the Trasportami.com portal.

6.3 Cancellations of transportation requests must be sent exclusively by email, preferably in response to the transportation contract confirmation message. Only requests received via email will be considered; cancellations made through other channels will be ignored.
